I have received a lot of follow up re my blog on Child abuse, the young blogger running her own Child Abuse month and plan to have her as a guest of my radio show in June. Several other writers and support groups have also contacted me all helping keep children safe. And I hope to have some interesting future radio guests regarding this subject


IL Child Abuse Rally and Vigil


Baby James Foundation is hosting a Child Abuse Rally and Vigil in IL.
On Saturday, April 25, 2009: 3:00pm - 7:00pm at Association of Christian Truckers,
RR2 Box62H.



There are there all sorts of events going on:


3pm - 5pm Free children activities including Sparky the Clown, Speakers, singing, raffle, used book sale

5pm Balloon release in honor of Child Abuse Survivors, Spaghetti meal for $5.00 a person

Auction for autographed KISS guitar, celebrity autographed record album, and a surprise celebrity autographed item!!! Will start sometime around 6pm.

7pm: Candle light vigil in honor of children who lost their life to child abuse.
